We supplied four coldrooms and over 250 items of catering equipment for Wilderness Festival 2015, spread over nine different locations on site, offering a wide range of food and dining options.
Highlights included long table banquets, which involved luxury, large-scale communal dining, and featured a different guest chef each day. Guest chefs included Raymand Blanc, Angela Hartnett, and Niklas Ekstedt, and they catered for around 700 people each day.
Other fine dining restaurants on site offered a wide range of menus including Spanish, British, Italian, African and Middle Eastern dishes in stunning themed dining rooms, many offering communal dining at long tables.
Another location utilising our catering equipment was the Chef's Table, which featured four guest chefs throughout the course of the weekend, each offering an intimate dining experience for 18 people. Diners could sit around a table which surrounded the kitchen area, allowing them to interact with the chef while their food was prepared in front of them, before enjoying the special tasting menu which the chef had created.
We also provided catering equipment to the Wilderness Cookery School, which offered a range of different cooking classes for festivalgoers, providing a hands-on experience for food lovers.
